We try and keep the Festival as true and authentic to the Oktoberfest in Munich and would love to serve in 1 Litre glass or ceramic steins, however due to liquor licensing laws in Queensland, for a festival of our type, we are unable to serve in glass and unable to serve in ceramic steins larger than 500ml.
