Vendor Expression of Interest

Want to be a Vendor at Oktoberfest Brisbane? Vendor Expressions of Interest are now open for the 2022 Festival.

Oktoberfest Brisbane operates for 6 days across two weekends in Oktober 2022 at the Brisbane Showgrounds – click here for more festival information.

Inspired by the original Oktoberfest Munich extravaganza, German couple Kim and Boris Zoulek have created and grown an authentic German Festival in the heart of Brisbane. Over 13 years later, it is still Australia’s only authentic Oktoberfest celebration due in no small part to the selection of vendors that that offer products and services that have a connection to Germany and/ or German culture.

We invite you to review the following requirements and then submit an Expression of Interest to be a vendor at Oktoberfest Brisbane.

  • Vendors who offer products or services that have a direct link to Germany and/or German culture
  • Vendors who consider the presentation of the site/stall and have an appetite to create a striking and visually appealing customer facing experience
  • Vendors who are environmentally friendly and use only 100% biodegradable/fully compostable materials
  • Vendors who can bump in and out on time and leave their site as they found it, clean and devoid of waste
  • Vendors who can maintain their site/ stall for the full 6 festival days as per operating hours
  • Vendors who have public liability insurance, workcover and council food stall permit (if necessary)
  • Vendors who can use our 100% cashless point of sale system (Square) that stores your menu, pricing, reporting and takes card payment
  • Vendors who care and love what they do!

Fridays 1200hr – 0000hr
Saturdays 1200hr – 0000hr
Sundays 1200hr – 2000hr

Food Vendor min. service hours
Fridays 1200hr – 2300hr
Saturdays 1200hr – 2300hr
Sundays 1200hr – 1900hr

Non-Food Vendor min. service hours
Fridays 1200hr – 2200hr
Saturdays 1200hr – 2200hr
Sundays 1200hr – 1900hr
